He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and spent over seven years in the hospitality and food service industries before transitioning to insurance. Now, with over five years at the agency, Thomas is dedicated to helping customers find the right coverage with a focus on personalized service. Outside of work, Thomas is an avid basketball player, passionate traveler, and a dedicated chess enthusiast who enjoys the strategic challenge of the game

Liz Estrada

Liz Estrada has been a valued member of our agency for over two years and has been a licensed insurance agent since 2019. Born in California, she moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1999, where she now resides with her son Aiden and her fiancé Jose. Fluent in Spanish, Liz is passionate about helping customers navigate their insurance needs with clarity and care. She loves animals and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. At home, she dotes on her two Chihuahuas, Bella and Duke, who keep her on her toes.

Pavel Prisyazhnyuk

Pavel has been in the customer service industry his entire adult life and is committed to providing an exceptional experience for every customer. With a background in finance and logistics, he brings a strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to the agency. He has been a valued member of the team for over two years, helping customers find the right coverage with confidence. When he’s not working, Pavel enjoys spending time with his wife, Katia, and their two children, he appreciates the art of a fine pairing and unwinding with good conversation.

Brianna McMichael

Bri has been with the agency for over two years and is a proud native of the Northwest. She earned her Associate’s degree before transitioning into the insurance industry, bringing with her years of experience in hospitality. An avid basketball player in high school and college, Bri’s competitive nature and commitment to excellence drive her dedication to both the agency and its customers. When she’s not working hard to provide top-tier service, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Harold, and their two-year-old daughter, Kehlani. You can often find her traveling, enjoying family time, or hitting the courts for a game of basketball.

Jose Zaldivar

With five years of experience in the insurance industry, Jose Zaldivar is dedicated to helping customers find the right coverage while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Known for his tremendous sense of humor, Jose brings a positive and engaging approach to every customer interaction, helping them feel both informed and valued. Recently engaged to his fiancée, Zully, Jose is excited for this new chapter in his life. His passion for customers, combined with his commitment to excellent service, makes him a great representative and key member of the agency.

Ethan Kauffman

Ethan Kauffman is the newest Sales Producer to join the team. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions and trusted guidance. A longtime Tacoma resident, Ethan has lived in the area for more than 15 years and is a proud graduate of Stadium High School. Many locals may also recognize him from his five years with the Tacoma Rainiers, where he worked as an Entertainment Coordinator. During that time, he developed strong skills in teamwork, communication, and community engagement. That experience, combined with his passion for helping others, has shaped his approach to customer service and relationship building. Ethan is also a graduate of Eastern Washington University, Class of 2025, and a member of Phi Delta Theta, Washington Epsilon Chapter. He strives to make the insurance process simple, transparent, and tailored to each customer’s unique needs. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys staying active in the community and building lasting connections with those around him.
